About the Project

‘Life, Loss, Learning and Legacy’ is a three-year Video-storytelling project supporting older bereaved men across Leeds to celebrate formative lived experiences and tell their stories of life and loss.

Throughout 2019, from Beeston to Bramley, Horsforth to Middleton, over 15 older men have produced their own video-stories that explore the things they have learnt through life, the people they have loved and lost and the lives they live today.

Join us for this very special event to watch these video-stories as they are showcased together for the very first time, at one of Leeds’ oldest cinemas the Hyde Park Picture House. We look forward to seeing you there!
