The Leeds based video story charity Lippy People are seeking to employ a Project Manager who can lead the development and delivery of existing and new projects, in particular the ‘Life, Loss, Learning & Legacy’ project that supports the bereaved and people at the end of life.

We believe that video storytelling coaching is a unique approach that supports people to understand that their life experience is a story. We use video storytelling as the vehicle for coaching people to tell and share their overlooked, unheard stories and put them in front of audiences where they will challenge perceptions and encourage relationship building. We help people to value the knowledge they have gained from their lived experience and to identify and achieve their goals.

The charity was established in 2015 and the post of Project Manager is critical to how the charity will build on existing and new project activities, especially the ‘Life, Loss, Learning & Legacy’ project, a project we see as underpinning our organisational growth and sustainability over the next 3 years. The Project Manager is a new post, working closely with the CEO and project partners. The post holder will be responsible for project development and management; finance development/fundraising; monitoring, evaluation and reporting; managing partnerships, delivery team and volunteers; project marketing and communications.

The post is initially part funded for 3 years. With additional funds secured there is an opportunity to increase hours if desired.

The closing date for applications is 12.00 on Wednesday 27th February 2019. Interviews will be held on 18th March 2019.
