This video story is a creative, multi-stakeholder conversation around inequality and wellbeing in Leeds. Statistics are never more than a shadow of reality. This film enquiry does what statistics on their own can't do by filling out people realities around inequalities linked to wellbeing, all alongside their testimony of their lived experience. This video story is the 5th film in a series called 'In One City' and is about the links between inequalities and wellbeing. It was produced as part of the In One City project, a community cohesion, social dialogue and video storytelling project working across Leeds to increase dialogue between diverse communities. In One City is a partnership between Together For Peace (a charity that seeks to strengthen communities through peace making) and Lippy People. At the heart of the project is collaborative video storytelling production that sees people building and sharing their stories with experienced social filmmakers.
